Terms & Conditions
- Above Transfer rate is per daily in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (RM).
- 50% surcharge for transfer between 2300hrs to 0700hrs.
- There is NO REFUND if cancellation made less than 2 days before service date.
- For cancellation made more than 2 days before service data, full amount will be refunded after minus 5% or MYR50.00 of the refund amount (whichever is higher).
- Maximum waiting time for arrival transfer at Langkawi International Airport is 1 hour, start from the time of arrival (ETA) including of customer & immigration clearance. However, if maximum allocated waiting time is over, we shall not be responsible for the delay. Guest has to make its own arrangement and bear the additional cost. NO REFUND will be given.
- All departure pick up is based on 3 hours from the estimate time of departure.
- One (1) luggage per guest and any additional luggage will depend on the space availability. We shall not be responsible for the excess luggage. Guest has to make its own arrangement at their cost with our extra luggage transport handler.
